And for stepping up. Pun intended. I happened upon your website, as my son's name is Will Buchanan, but I so admire what you are doing, and the fact that you got out of the race. I'm working hard to get out as well, and I know you just have to do it, but for me, I have a great number of people who count on me, and I'm trying to exit as gracefully as possible.
