We do a short hike and see more beautiful Oregon mountain scenery.  I also ask the question: why we need government to manage animals and wildlife, when people can take it upon themselves to manage them on their own property?

    I hope you keep this up, this is an amazing undertaking you have set out on. I think that once you make it through your first state things will greatly pick up.

    One more suggestion is that you should invite people to come out and join you in the walk on various days along your journey. Having company and meeting new people can be a strong motivator.
