He has the appearance and characteristics of a Russian Blue, although according to the Russian Blue society on the Internet, a Russian Blue can only be born to two Russian Blue parents and have papers, and all others are just “gray cats.”
No, he never had any problem putting on the halter. It’s the only way he knows to go outside. Now in the evening when he wants to go out, he either goes to the door and meows, plays with the knob, or goes to where his halter and leash are kept and knocks them onto the floor.
