    I think there is a third issue, aside from the two you mention, which is respect. Although you might have the “right” to video others on your property, if their belief includes not being videod, then you are extending respect and hospitality to the guest on your property by not videoing them. I was glad that you extended respect to the Amish even though they may not have minded you videoing them.

    Incidentally, I don’t believe all land should be private property. National parks come to mind…places where all the people are allowed to enjoy nature’s wonders and beauties.
