Walk For Liberty Day 207 - DividedWeFail? The Least Evil Government Is a Completely Gridlocked One

December 7th 2008, day 207 / Frozen Erie Canal Lock 9 / 100 miles from New Hampshire / Walked 3000 miles for liberty / DividedWeFail organization / Wanting to unite the Democrats and Republicans in order to pass more laws? / Laws restrict, not secure freedom / They presumably see govt as a force for doing good, so are therefore frustrated with gridlock in govt? / Govt can’t do good, only individuals and organizations operating voluntarily can / Republicans and Democrats uniting would bring the worst big govt aspects of each due to the fact that they’re compromising, and govt would grow to a ridiculous size / Barring allowing people to keep all their money and living their lives the way they choose, the next best thing is gridlock / Voting for opposite parties for president and congress / Gridlock is good / 16.44 miles for liberty / http://ArrivalPlans.WalkForLiberty.com / Jake running after fake dog / Sticking camera

I am surprised you are still free! When you filmed that Navy sign in Scotia or Schenectady you were filmingt the location of a research nuclear reactor.

And you thought you were hassled by the blue light gang at the BP refinery in Indiana!

I guess it just provesw that the security state is somewhat of a joke, as government by its nature is incompetent.

Will from your comments it seems as if you have gone over to the logical conclusion of libertianism philosophy, to voluntaryism or anarcho-capitalism, Is my inference correct?

    Libertas Ernie

    Figures it’s part of AARP.

Wow! Is it still active? The gate was wide open and the checkpoint booth looked like it hadn’t been used in a while, and didn’t look like anyone was around in general.

I also passed a Dept Of Homeland Security bldg the same or the next day but didn’t want to push my luck. :)

Yes, you are correct about your inference.

  6. Ernie Says:

It has been a while since I flew in the area, when I was there in 2005 there was a restricted area over a ‘nuclear plant’ , you cannot fly within a mile of a nuclear plant by the rules of the violent monopoly DBA as the FAA and their cohorts at the Homeland Insecurity gang. I will have to ask my brother who lives in Ballston Lake NY just north of Schenectady about the plant.
